Jeff Schilling - President 

• Jeff has been a member of the Jr. Indians Board of Directors since August 2018.
• Jeff's primary responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the program which includes try-outs, summer player development, tournaments, event scheduling (coaches' clinics, coaches' roundtables, Tip-off night, skill development sessions and Board of Directors meetings), aligning program philosophies with the high school coaching staff and ensuring those who participate have a rewarding experience.

Blake Markee - Treasurer

• Blake has been a member of the Jr Indians Board of Directors since September, 2024
• Blake will oversee all financial aspects of the organization​

Coach John Witte - Member & Head Varsity Basketball Coach

• Coach Witte has been a member of the Jr. Indian’s Board of Directors since July, 2025​
• Coach Witte sits on the board to help promote a positive relationship between the high school program and the Jr Indians

Jon Leonard - Member

• Jon has been a member of the Jr. Indians Board of Directors since October 2020.

Jason Maroszek - Member

• Jason has been a member of the Jr Indians Board of Directors since March 2022
• Jason will be coaching in our 8th grade level this year
• Jason is the JV2 Boys Basketball coach at MHS
