Basketball Rapid Acceleration Program (RAP)
Basketball RAP is designed to fast track the development of the essential fundamental basketball skills needed to play at an elite level. In our personalized training sessions we encourage self-discipline, fitness and the positive attitude needed for athletics, academics and personal success. Our aim is to complement the work done by high school and AAU team coaches so that both the individual and the team benefit from the experience.
AAU Basketball Programs
AAU Basketball provides players the opportunity to continue working on their games after the winter basketball season has finished. Tryouts for the various local programs typically occur in the fall/winter with the season typically running from late March to June/July depending on the program. Most AAU teams are made up of players from different communities. Below are links to the numerous AAU programs in the area.
